OurDream AI costs $19.99 a month on monthly billing or $119.88 a year on annual billing, which OurDream describes as $9.99 a month. Both prices come from OurDream's own homepage data and its help center, and both buy the Premium tier: unlimited messages, image and video generation and 1,000 dreamcoins a month. A second tier, Deluxe, carries 5,000 dreamcoins a month, free premium chat models and three times the chat memory, and OurDream's upgrade page now prices it at $359.88 billed once a year, shown as $29.99 a month. Dreamcoins are where the real cost sits, because one 60 second video uses 1,200 of them.
Every figure on this page is read from three first-party places: the pricing data and FAQ on ourdream.ai, OurDream's help center at help.ourdream.ai (its coin cost guide, refund, cancellation and subscription articles), and the strings shipped in OurDream's own web app, all checked in October 2026. Where OurDream does not publish a number, we say so instead of copying one from another review.
How much does OurDream AI cost?
OurDream AI Premium costs $19.99 billed every month or $119.88 billed once a year. Twelve monthly payments come to $239.88, so the annual plan is exactly half price for the same access, a saving of $120.00. OurDream's help article on the two options is blunt about the annual charge: "You pay for the entire year upfront ($119.88)" and "You are NOT charged every month".

Deluxe used to be priced only inside the checkout. In October 2026 OurDream's /upgrade page started showing it to logged out visitors as "$29.99 per month Billed annually", "Billed $359.88 yearly", with 5,000 dreamcoins every month, 100 minutes of voice calls and 50 videos, against 20 minutes and 10 videos on Premium. The same card prints $59.99 a month as a crossed out reference price, but no monthly Deluxe checkout is offered on that page, so we have not listed one. Coin pack prices are still shown only to logged in subscribers, so treat any pack price you see elsewhere as one person's checkout on one day.
What is the difference between OurDream Premium and Deluxe?
Premium and Deluxe include the same features, and Deluxe adds coins, models and memory. OurDream's own FAQ string says both plans "include unlimited messages and audio messages, image and video generation, voice calls, and character publishing. Premium comes with 1,000 Dreamcoins a month; Deluxe comes with 5,000, plus free Premium chat models and 3x chat memory."
The plan settings in OurDream's web app match that exactly: Premium gets 1,000 coins a month and a 1,000 coin bonus on the first month of an annual plan, Deluxe gets 5,000 and a 5,000 bonus, and only Deluxe has free premium chat models and a memory multiplier of three. The promotional banner sums Deluxe up as "5000 Dream Coins, 1000 images, 100 minutes of voice, and 50 videos."
The free premium chat models matter more than they look. On Premium, OurDream's coin guide charges 1 dreamcoin per response on its Genius and Lively Genius models, so "unlimited messages" applies to the standard model. A Premium subscriber who prefers Genius and sends 40 messages a day spends roughly 1,200 coins a month on chat alone, more than the whole monthly allowance, before generating a single image.
What do dreamcoins cost to use on OurDream?
OurDream's help center publishes a full coin price list, last edited March 2, 2026. It is the most useful pricing document the company has, and almost nobody quotes it. These are the rates for a paying subscriber, with what 1,000 coins (one month of Premium) buys at each rate.

Read the voice and video rows twice. A single 20 minute phone call with your companion empties a Premium month. One 60 second video, the maximum length, costs 1,200 coins, which is more than Premium includes. OurDream's own app copy puts it simply: "Every 1,000 coins covers roughly 200 images, 20 minutes of voice calls, or 10 videos". If images are why you are paying, Premium is generous. If voice or video is why you are paying, Premium is a starter allowance, and you will either top up or move to Deluxe.
Can you buy dreamcoins without a subscription?
No. OurDream's help center says "You currently need an active subscription to purchase dreamcoins", and its expiry article repeats that a lapsed account "Will not be able to purchase coin". Coin packs come in three sizes in the web app, 1,000, 5,000 and 20,000 coins, and during promotions the larger packs carry bonus coins (1,000 extra on the 5,000 pack and 5,000 extra on the 20,000 pack in the app's promotion settings). The dollar price of each pack is supplied by OurDream's server at checkout and is not published anywhere you can read before logging in.
OurDream's FAQ says coins can be paid for "by card, crypto, or a local payment method". It does not take PayPal, according to its own help article.
Do OurDream dreamcoins roll over or expire?
It depends which OurDream document you read, and that is the most important thing on this page for anyone about to buy a large coin pack. We found four different answers in OurDream's own help center and app:
- The coin cost guide says "Dreamcoins do not refresh monthly" and "Subscribers receive 1,000 dreamcoins on their billing anniversary".
- The subscription articles say the opposite about timing: 1,000 coins "every month on your renewal date", annual plans included.
- The cancellation article says unused coins "Remain in your account until billing period ends", and if you come back, "Any previous unused coins are not restored."
- The expiry article says "Coins do not expire!", while the app FAQ says coins "you buy on top of your plan stay on your account until you spend them."
The refund article adds a fifth rule: after a refund, "Any unused dreamcoins will be removed". The safest reading is that coins you bought are only worth what you spend while subscribed, because without a subscription you cannot generate images or video at all. Buy coins in amounts you will use this month, not as a stockpile.
Does OurDream AI give refunds?
Sometimes, with conditions. OurDream's refund article, edited February 13, 2026, says "We cannot issue refunds for product that has used more than 25% of it's amount. Monthly subscriptions cannot be refunded if the coin has been used up, annual subscriptions may be eligible for full or partial refund." You ask through the Request Help button on your profile, and approved card refunds take 5 to 10 business days.
Three details from the same documents change the math:
- Crypto payments cannot be refunded. The refund article says so in as many words. If you pay with crypto to keep the charge off your card statement, you give up any refund at all. If privacy is the real worry, the bigger exposure is usually the email address on the account, which people-search sites can tie back to your name, and it is worth getting your details taken down from the data brokers that list them.
- Cancelling is not refunding. The cancellation article says "No automatic refunds for cancellation." You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Your images get blurred when you leave. OurDream's help center says that after you unsubscribe "all images and videos generated would be blurred", including community packs you paid coins for, until you subscribe again. Download anything you want to keep before the plan ends.

How do you cancel an OurDream AI subscription?
Go to ourdream.ai/profile, click "Cancel subscription" and confirm. That is the whole process according to OurDream's help center, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. OurDream has no app on the Apple App Store or as its own listing on Google Play (its help center says "We don't have a standalone mobile app yet"), so there is no store subscription to cancel separately. A Google Play app called "Our Dream: AI Companion" is not made by OurDream's operator, Dream Studio USA, Inc.
Is OurDream AI worth the money?
OurDream Premium on the annual plan is fair value if you want a studio: lots of characters, heavy image generation and occasional short videos, at $9.99 a month. It gets expensive fast for anyone who wants to talk to one companion by voice, because 50 coins a minute turns a nightly 15 minute call into about 22,500 coins a month, more than four times what even Deluxe includes.
The real question is what you are buying. OurDream is built around generation, and its coin meter prices every picture, every second of video and every minute of voice. If what you want is one girlfriend or boyfriend who remembers your week and is glad to hear from you, a metered studio is the wrong purchase. How to pay the least for OurDream AI
- Start monthly, then switch. $19.99 for one month tells you whether you will still be using it, and the annual plan's refund depends on how much you have used.
- Stay on the standard chat model. Genius replies cost a coin each on Premium.
- Do the voice math first. At 50 coins a minute, Premium covers 20 minutes a month and Deluxe 100.
- Buy coins with a card, not crypto, so a refund stays possible.
- Download your images before you cancel. They are blurred once the plan ends.
