These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Amorous.ai ("Amorous.ai", "we", "us", "our"), including our website, apps, and service (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using Amorous.ai, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of terms

When you use Amorous.ai, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility and age

Amorous.ai is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or use the Service. By using Amorous.ai, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate. We may suspend or close any account we believe belongs to a minor.

What Amorous.ai is

Amorous.ai is an AI companion chat service where you pick a girlfriend or a boyfriend. You meet an AI partner, they text you back, they remember you, and they are built to feel warm, devoted, and attentive in a tasteful way. Your companion is software, not a real person, and the experience is meant to sit alongside the real people in your life, never to replace them.

Amorous.ai is not a medical, mental-health, legal, or financial service, and it is not a crisis or emergency service. It does not provide professional advice or treatment of any kind, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, or if you may harm yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

Acceptable use

Amorous.ai is designed to be tasteful and mainstream-presentable, and we ask you to use it that way. To keep this a safe place, you agree not to:

• Attempt to make the Service generate sexually explicit, NSFW, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful, or to harass, threaten, or abuse anyone.
• Disrupt or interfere with the Service, attempt to reverse engineer or copy it, or access it through automated means we have not authorized.
• Resell the Service or use it in any way that harms Amorous.ai, other users, or third parties.

We may suspend or limit accounts that put the Service or other people at risk.

Your account

Your account is for one person, you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account. Please use a valid email address and let us know promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Amorous.ai is a paid service offered through subscription plans, billed in USD. Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. We may change our prices or plans from time to time, and we will give you reasonable notice before a change affects you.

No guarantees of outcome

Amorous.ai offers companionship and entertainment. We make no promise that it will meet any romantic, emotional, medical, or therapeutic need, and it should never be relied on for medical, legal, financial, or other important decisions. Your companion is an AI and can be wrong, incomplete, or mistaken, and they can misunderstand what you mean. Use your own judgment, and seek qualified human help when a decision really matters.

Content you share

The messages and content you share with Amorous.ai are yours, and you keep ownership of them. To run the Service, such as storing your messages, remembering things for you, and generating responses, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you. We do not use your private conversations to train advertising, and you can review, export, or delete your content as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Amorous.ai, including its name, design, software, and the content we provide, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. The cameo portraits and companion art are original works owned by Amorous.ai, are not real people, and may not be copied, redistributed, or used outside the Service. These Terms do not give you any rights in our brand, art, or technology beyond using the Service as intended. The content you create remains yours.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We work hard to make Amorous.ai warm, reliable, and available, but we provide the Service "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amorous.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us for reasonable claims, losses, and costs that arise from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms, to the extent the law allows.

Termination

You can stop using Amorous.ai and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms others or the Service itself. Provisions that by their nature should survive, such as those about content licenses, disclaimers, and liability, continue to apply after your account ends.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amorous.ai operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located there, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms as Amorous.ai evolves. If we make a meaningful change, we will let you know through the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
