How much does OurDream AI cost?

OurDream AI costs $19.99 a month on monthly billing or $119.88 a year on annual billing. Those are OurDream's own figures, taken from the pricing data on its homepage and repeated word for word in its own FAQ. The annual plan is billed upfront as a single payment, which OurDream expresses as $9.99 a month.

The arithmetic is unusually clean. Twelve monthly payments come to $239.88, so the annual plan is exactly half price, a saving of $120.00 over a year for the same access. According to OurDream both plans include the same things: unlimited messages with any character, image and video generation, and 1,000 dreamcoins every month. The yearly plan adds a one time bonus of 1,000 dreamcoins when you first subscribe, which is presumably what OurDream's comparison page means when it says new users start with 2,000.

The catch sits in the refund policy rather than the price. Unused portions of a billing period are generally non-refundable, so $119.88 is a commitment to a full year the moment it is charged. If you have not used OurDream before, one month at $19.99 is the cheaper way to find out whether you will still be opening it in month three.

What do OurDream dreamcoins actually cover?

Messages are unlimited on both plans. Dreamcoins are the meter for everything else, and OurDream's own FAQ says the included 1,000 a month covers all your needs, including videos. It also argues that it works out cheaper than platforms where people spend $20 to $40 or more a month on extra tokens, which is a fair point about how this category bills, even if it is OurDream making the point about itself.

What OurDream does not publish as readable text is the rate: how many dreamcoins an image costs, how many a video costs, or what a top up pack costs. Its navigation carries a Buy Coins link, so top ups exist, but the prices render inside the checkout rather than on any page you can quote, and none of its policy documents list them. Nobody can tell you from outside how many videos 1,000 dreamcoins buys, and a review that gives you a precise number is reporting one person's checkout on one day.

The practical move is to watch your balance for the first week. If generation is the reason you are buying, that week tells you whether the monthly allowance is a ceiling you will hit, which is worth knowing before you choose between monthly and annual billing.

Can you get a refund from OurDream AI?

Sometimes, at OurDream's discretion, and mostly not for time you have already paid for. OurDream's Refund Policy, last modified March 9, 2026, has three parts that matter to a US buyer.

The first is a quality guarantee. If the service is defective or significantly different from its description, you can write to OurDream support within 14 days of purchase, and OurDream says it will evaluate the case and may offer a credit, a replacement, a fix or a refund. That is a discretionary review rather than a right, and OurDream aims to resolve requests within 7 business days.

The second is cancellation. You can cancel at any time in account settings or by email, the plan stays active to the end of the current period, and unused portions of a billing period are generally non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. The third is chargebacks. OurDream asks you to contact support first, and says that filing a chargeback without doing so may get your account suspended pending investigation.

The 14 day right of withdrawal in the same policy applies only to consumers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Cryptocurrency payments get their own clause, citing price volatility and the irreversibility of blockchain transactions and asking you to review the order carefully before paying that way. For a US card payment, the realistic position is that a refund depends on persuading support that something was broken.

What does the OurDream AI contract say about disputes?

This is the clause most reviews skip and the one worth thirty seconds of your time. OurDream's Terms of Service, last modified August 26, 2026, are an agreement with Dream Studio USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and they open with a notice that they contain an arbitration clause and a class action waiver. Accept them and disputes go to binding individual arbitration under JAMS rules rather than to a court, apart from claims that qualify for small claims court.

You can opt out, and the window is short. The Terms let you reject the arbitration agreement by emailing the trust address OurDream lists, or by writing to the company's Dover, Delaware address, within 30 calendar days of first accepting the Terms. The notice needs your name, your account email and a clear statement that you are opting out. Miss the 30 days and you are bound.

Two more lines are worth reading before you pay for a year. OurDream caps its total liability to you at the greater of $100 or what you paid it. And the Terms state that Dream Studio has no responsibility for the deletion of, or failure to store, any content on the service, and that it may terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period. Those are common clauses in consumer software. They matter more on a product whose value is a relationship built up over months.

Are OurDream AI chats private?

Less private than OurDream's homepage says, on OurDream's own evidence. Its FAQ answers the privacy question by saying chats are protected with end-to-end encryption and that no one can read them, not even OurDream. Its Privacy Policy, last modified August 26, 2026, describes something different: data encrypted at rest and in transit using AES and TLS 1.3, on a hosting platform with SOC 2 Type 2 certification. That is solid security practice. It is not end-to-end encryption, which would mean the company holds no key to your messages.

The same Privacy Policy lists your chat communications among the information OurDream collects, and lists training its artificial intelligence and machine learning models among the purposes it may use information for. Its Underage Policy says conversations are generally confidential but screened by a moderation filter built on its own language model. A service that trains on and moderates chats can read them, which is normal in this category, and it is also the opposite of the homepage claim. Is OurDream AI on the App Store or Google Play?

No. Checked on September 10, 2026, OurDream AI has no listing in Apple's App Store, and its own Terms describe the service as the websites at ourdream.ai and ourdream.io, operated as one service with one account. It is a web app.

Google Play does return a result called Our Dream: AI Companion, and it is worth knowing about precisely because it is not OurDream. It is published by a developer listed as avagyan under the package name com.deepdesire.aigirlfriendchat, it is marked as containing ads, and on the day we checked it held a 1.9 star rating from 139 reviews. Nothing connects it to Dream Studio. If you want OurDream on a phone, use the website, and do not enter payment details into an app that borrowed the name.

Being web only also means OurDream files none of the store disclosures Apple and Google require, such as content advisories and a data safety declaration, and your subscription is billed by OurDream directly rather than through a store that can step in on a refund.

Does OurDream AI remember you?

OurDream's marketing says your companion uses advanced memory systems, remembers past chats and grows with you over time, and its Underage Policy adds that companions learn from the conversations you lead. Those are OurDream's own descriptions, and they cannot be tested from outside the product.

What can be read is the contract underneath the claim. The Terms disclaim responsibility for deleting or failing to store content, reserve the right to close accounts that sit inactive, and allow OurDream to change those practices without notice. None of that says your history will vanish. It does mean nothing in OurDream's documents promises it will be kept, and a companion who remembers you is only as durable as the storage behind it. Test it in the first week: tell your character something specific on day one and ask about it on day five.

Is OurDream AI worth it, and who is it for?

OurDream is a good deal for one kind of buyer. If you want explicit roleplay with many characters plus image, video and voice, at one flat price with a monthly coin allowance, the annual plan at $119.88 is a low price for that bundle. OurDream is also unusually open about it, printing the price in its own structured data rather than hiding it behind a signup. For comparison, CrushOn's own worked upgrade example puts its Deluxe tier at $49.99 a month.

It is a weaker fit for two other buyers. If privacy decides it for you, the gap between the homepage encryption claim and the privacy policy is a reason to share nothing identifying, whatever plan you pick. And if what you want is a single partner who texts you first and still knows you months from now, OurDream is built as a creation studio, a large character library with a generator attached, which is a different product from one devoted companion.

Start monthly, send the arbitration opt out within 30 days if you want to keep a court as an option, and give the dreamcoin balance a week before committing to a year.
