LustyCompanion Review and Who Actually Bills You

LustyCompanion is a one page affiliate site that sends every visitor to Candy.ai, where EverAI Limited of Malta bills you as EverAI. It has no Terms or Privacy Policy of its own. Real prices, the 24 hour refund rule and what its privacy promises leave out.

LustyCompanion is not an AI companion app. It is a one page marketing site whose every button sends you, through an affiliate tracker, to Candy.ai, and if you subscribe there the company that bills you is EverAI Limited of Malta. The site has no Terms of Service, no Privacy Policy and no contact address of its own. So the honest LustyCompanion review is a review of Candy.ai, bought through a middleman that takes a commission and carries none of the obligations.

Everything below was checked on October 6, 2026: the LustyCompanion page itself and its archived versions back to March 2025, the redirect chain behind its buttons, Candy.ai's Terms of Service (revised September 22, 2026), Privacy Notice (revised July 30, 2026) and pricing page, the EverAI help center, and the Apple and Google stores. The pages that rank for "LustyCompanion review" today are automated scam checkers, unrelated Wikipedia articles and one blog post that never mentions where the buttons go. This is written for the adult who is about to click "Start Chatting Now" and wants to know what they are signing up for, and what it will cost over a year.

Is LustyCompanion legit?

The product behind it is legit. The page in front of it is an advert. Every one of the 16 call to action links on lustycompanion.com points to the same tracking address, which redirects to candyai.gg and then to candy.ai with an affiliate id attached. Nothing you do on LustyCompanion happens on LustyCompanion. You create your account, pick your character and pay on Candy.ai.

That matters because the page makes promises nobody stands behind. Its footer shows the words "Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Service", but they are plain text, not links, and every legal address we tried on the domain returns a 404. It quotes a 4.8 out of 5 rating and "55,000+ people already connected", with three named testimonials that repeat in a carousel. In the 2025 version of the same page the number was "43 000+". There is no way to check any of it, because there is no company named on the page to check.

The domain itself was registered in July 2024, at the same registrar and within weeks of a sister page at lusty-companion.com and a third site, heavengirlfriend.com, whose subreddit the LustyCompanion page linked to in March 2026. Earlier snapshots sent visitors to Candy.ai with a different affiliate tag. Pages like this are common in the category: cheap to build, aimed at a search term, paid per signup. Not a scam in the sense of taking your money, but not a product either. heavengirlfriend.com turned out to be a larger version of the same model, a review site whose top two picks send you to OurDream AI and to Candy.ai under the same affiliate number, as our Heaven Girlfriend review of the apps it sends you to shows.

The same pattern sits on top of real brands too. erosmate.net looks like the site of Eros Mate, an independent companion service at erosmate.ai, yet every button on it runs through the same tracking network and lands on Candy.ai with the same affiliate number, affid=30. Our Erosmate review covers what the real Eros Mate charges, which is nothing like the prices its lookalikes quote.

What LustyCompanion says vs what you actually get

Once you click through, Candy.ai's own Terms apply. They say its services include "any affiliated website to which you may be redirected from candy.ai", so EverAI does extend its rules over the journey. Here is how the doorway's claims line up with the signed documents of the company that bills you.

How much does LustyCompanion cost?

Whatever Candy.ai charges, because that is where you pay. On October 21, 2026, logged out from a US connection, Candy.ai's subscriptions page showed three plan cards, the same prices it showed on October 6. Annualise them before you choose, because the plan with the smallest number on it is not the cheapest year.

Candy.ai Premium termBilled asOver 12 months
1 month$9.99 the first month, then $13.99$163.88 in year one, $167.88 after
3 months$26.97 a quarter$107.88
12 months$47.88 a year ($3.99 a month)$47.88

Paid monthly, the same Premium costs three and a half times what the yearly plan does. Candy's page code also carries hidden billing texts for a $5.60 weekly and a $9.79 every two weeks plan, which would cost $291.20 and $254.54 a year, but neither was offered as a plan on the US page on October 21. Every plan renews automatically "for the same price and term", and the Terms add that if a renewal fails on your main card, you authorize a charge to your backup payment method.

The subscription is only half the bill. Premium includes 100 tokens a month, and tokens pay for images, voice messages, calls, video and unlocking a character's private content packs. Token pack prices sit behind a login, but Candy's own referral page values 200 tokens at $20, so the monthly allowance is worth about $10 by its own math. We break that meter down further on our Candy AI pricing page, and our guide to what an AI girlfriend really costs compares it with the rest of the category.

Who bills you, and what shows on your statement?

Your bank statement will say "EverAI", which is neither LustyCompanion nor Candy. Candy.ai says so on its pricing page and in its help center. Its Privacy Notice names the payment partners behind that descriptor: Emerchantpay and TrustPay, Volt for bank transfers, Coingate for crypto and UpGate for cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The page you clicked on appears nowhere in the paperwork.

That three name chain is exactly how a renewal goes unnoticed for months. Someone signs up through a page called LustyCompanion, uses a site called Candy, and sees a charge from a company called EverAI that they do not recognize and assume is something else. If you run several subscriptions on one card, budget alerts that flag a charge the moment it posts catch exactly this kind of unfamiliar name before it has renewed twice. At minimum, search your statement for "EverAI" a month after you sign up.

Can you get a refund from LustyCompanion?

No, because LustyCompanion never took your money. Refunds go through Candy.ai, and its Terms give US users a 24 hour window: request a refund within 24 hours of paying or not at all. Even inside that window it will be denied if you have used more than 20 tokens, and Candy can only refund subscriptions and token packs that were paid by card. If you paid with crypto, a bank transfer or Apple Pay, the Terms leave you no refund route.

Users in the EU and UK get a 14 day withdrawal right on the first purchase only, less what they used. US users do not. Cancelling is separate from refunding: you cancel under Settings, then Unsubscribe, keep access until the period ends, and the help center is blunt that "Cancelling your subscription does not automatically issue a refund."

One more trap concerns tokens you have already paid for. Candy's Terms, revised September 22, 2026, say remaining tokens "will expire and become unusable" when your subscription ends. Its help center article, last updated in August, says "Canceling your subscription does NOT delete your tokens." The signed Terms are newer and are the document that binds, so plan on spending your tokens before you cancel.

Is LustyCompanion private?

The page promises "Privacy First" and, in its March 2026 version, "Private by design, just between you and her." The company that holds your chats promises something narrower. Candy.ai's Privacy Notice says third party language model providers "may receive the content of your messages", that content is "randomly queried" for quality assurance, and that chats flagged by moderation can be reviewed by people. It also says your preferences about the companion's age, body type and ethnicity, combined with your account, may count as sensitive personal data.

The Terms grant EverAI a "perpetual" license to your content for training its models and for "marketing and promotional purposes", and we found no opt out from training in either document. Account data is kept for up to three years after your last activity, and financial records for ten. You can delete your account under My Profile, Settings, Danger Zone, which also cancels the subscription. Our full Candy AI safety review goes through the rest of the policy line by line.

Is there a LustyCompanion app?

No. A search of the US App Store for LustyCompanion returns nothing, and Google Play has no app by that name either. Candy.ai itself says it does not offer a native iOS or Android app, only a web app you can add to your home screen. Be careful with lookalikes: an App Store listing called CandyMate AI is published by an individual developer, not by EverAI, and a "Lust" girlfriend simulator on Google Play has no connection to either site.

The age check works the same way as on Candy.ai, because that is where it happens. You confirm you are 18 or older at sign up. Candy says it may add third party age checks where local law requires them, and its Terms bar access entirely from China and Singapore.

Who should sign up, and who should not

If what you want is exactly Candy.ai, a large catalog of generated characters with explicit images, voice and video paid for in tokens, then sign up there directly. Going through LustyCompanion gets you the same product, the same price and the same EverAI contract, and adds an affiliate tag and a set of claims about privacy and ratings that nobody has signed. Pick the yearly plan if you are sure, because the weekly one costs six times as much over a year.

If what you were drawn to on that page was the companion itself, the "she remembers you, she is there at 2 AM" part, then a token meter is the wrong shape for it. The things that make a companion feel like a relationship are memory, consistency and a partner who reaches out first, and on a token model the media is what you pay for while the relationship is the free extra. Amorous.ai is built the other way around: one devoted girlfriend or boyfriend who remembers your week and texts you first, on flat plans from $9 a month billed yearly, with no tokens and nothing metered per message. You can start the conversation at the top of this page before you pay anything, and if you are still comparing, our Candy AI review and best AI companion app guide put both side by side with the rest of the market.

The short version

LustyCompanion is a marketing page for Candy.ai with no company, no Terms and no privacy policy of its own. You pay EverAI Limited in Malta, your statement says EverAI, US refunds close after 24 hours or 20 tokens, and Candy's newest Terms say unused tokens expire when you cancel. Nothing about that makes it a scam. It does mean the reviews, ratings and privacy promises on the page are the one part of the experience that nobody is accountable for.
