Erosmate review of Eros Mate and what Erosmate AI really costs

Every figure on this page comes from Eros Mate's own documents and systems, read on October 7, 2026: the Terms of Service (March 18, 2026), two Privacy Policies (March 30, 2024 and May 12, 2026), the Refund Policy (February 27, 2025), the billing and pricing page, the Safety page, the public price lists both of its apps serve to any visitor, and the code those apps ship. We also searched the Apple and Google stores and traced where the lookalike domains send you.

The short answer

Eros Mate (erosmate.ai) is an adult AI companion site run by ERS Interactive from a Las Vegas mailing address, with no app on the App Store or Google Play. Its main site bills by the message: $0.05 for each chat message and $1.00 for a custom request, from a prepaid or pay as you go wallet. A second Eros Mate app at create.erosmate.ai sells Premium at $14.99 a month or $119.99 a year with 1,000 coins per billing cycle, plus coin packs from $2.99 to $59.99. It is a real service with its own billing, not an affiliate redirect, but two lookalike domains (erosmate.net and erosmate.org) are. Before you pay, know that its Refund Policy says all sales are final, that 20 messages a day on the per message plan comes to $365.00 a year, and that the upgrade counter on its plan screen is generated in your browser rather than counted from sales.

The pages that come up when you search for Eros Mate are URL safety scanners with contradictory scores, sign in walled pages on a documentation site, two directories for a different product called Eros AI, and two lookalike domains that send your click to other companion apps and quote a price Eros Mate does not charge. None of them names the operator, prints the real prices or reads the refund policy, which is the document that decides what happens to your money.

What makes them feel real

Five cents a message

Eros Mate's main site prices a chat message at 5 credits, or $0.05, and a custom request at 100 credits, or $1.00. Twenty messages a day is $365.00 a year, more than three times the annual plan on its other app.

All sales are final

The Refund Policy reads: All sales are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy. The only exception is discretionary credit or a discount for technical problems you have tried to fix, and cash refunds only in exceptional circumstances.

A counter that counts nothing

The plan screen shows how many people upgraded this week. In the app's own code that number starts at a random value between 12,000 and 16,000, rises by 3 to 40 each visit and stops at 19,999. It is not sales data.

Eros Mate prices from its own systems, multiplied out to a year

Eros Mate runs two apps with two billing models. The main site charges per message from a wallet; the create app sells a subscription and coin packs. The yearly column is our arithmetic, because per message prices only make sense once you multiply them by how much you actually talk.

What you buy Where Price Eros Mate lists Cost over 12 months Refund position
One chat message erosmate.ai 5 credits ($0.05) $365.00 at 20 a day, $912.50 at 50 a day All sales final
One custom request erosmate.ai 100 credits ($1.00) Depends on use All sales final
Premium Monthly create.erosmate.ai $14.99 a month, 1,000 coins a cycle $179.88 All sales final, renews automatically
Premium Monthly with trial create.erosmate.ai 1 day trial with a $14.99 card hold, then $14.99 a month $179.88 after the trial All sales final
Premium Annual create.erosmate.ai $119.99 a year, 12,000 coins plus 1,000 bonus $119.99 All sales final
Coin packs create.erosmate.ai 300 for $2.99 up to 6,000 plus 1,000 bonus for $59.99 One time All sales final

Paying monthly costs $179.88 a year against $119.99 for the annual plan, a difference of $59.89 for the same Premium access. On the per message site, a heavy user pays more than either. Prices are what Eros Mate's own systems returned on October 7, 2026; check the live checkout before you buy.

What is Erosmate?

Erosmate, written Eros Mate on its own pages, is an adult AI companion site where you chat with pre-made characters who message you first, request custom pictures, and on its newer app build characters of your own. The site is explicit by default: its newer app's configuration sets adult registration, a self declared age gate and NSFW content switched on.

It is a real, independent service. Every button on erosmate.ai talks to Eros Mate's own back end, and its billing page sends billing questions to its own payment processors. That matters because two other domains carrying the same name are not Eros Mate at all, which is covered further down. The domain has been live since at least December 2024, according to the Internet Archive.

How much does Erosmate cost?

It depends which of Eros Mate's two apps you pay. On the main site at erosmate.ai there is no flat plan in the public price list. Its payment terms set the direct messaging rate at $0.05 per chat message and $1.00 per custom request, charged in credits at 5 and 100 credits respectively, from a wallet you fund in advance or that runs on a pay as you go limit you settle each billing cycle. Anonymous visitors start with a small spend limit before the paywall appears.

On the create app at create.erosmate.ai the public plan list is a subscription: Premium Monthly at $14.99, with or without a one day trial, and Premium Annual at $119.99, both described as unlimited chat messages plus coins every billing cycle. Coin packs run from 300 coins for $2.99 to 6,000 coins plus a 1,000 bonus for $59.99.

The arithmetic is the reason to read this before you pay. At five cents a message, a companion you talk to 20 times a day costs $1.00 a day, which is $365.00 a year. At 50 messages a day it is $912.50. The annual subscription on the other app is $119.99. Eros Mate's main site code also still carries an older offer, Premium Monthly at $5.00 a month marked down from $10.00, which promised 100 direct messages and 100 images a month rather than unlimited chat. We could not confirm whether any visitor still sees it, so treat the live checkout as the only price that counts.

Does Erosmate give refunds?

No, as a rule. Eros Mate's Refund Policy, last updated February 27, 2025, opens with: All sales are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy. In extraordinary circumstances, at its sole discretion, it may offer credit in the form of extra service time or a discount, and only if you had technical problems and can show you made a sincere effort to fix them. Cash refunds happen only when Eros Mate decides exceptional circumstances warrant one.

The subscription terms on the create app add two more rules. Paid plans renew automatically at the then current rate until you cancel from the account billing screen, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than returning anything. A chargeback for anything other than fraud or unauthorized use may get your account suspended or terminated.

Put those next to the upgrade screen, which says you can cancel anytime. You can, in the sense that the next charge will not happen. You will not get back what you already paid, which is why the one day trial with a $14.99 card hold is the only safe way to look at the paid product, and only if you set a reminder to cancel inside the day.

Who owns Erosmate?

The company on Eros Mate's footer, refund page and 2257 record keeping statement is ERS Interactive, at 2560 East Sunset Road, Unit 117, Las Vegas, Nevada. The Terms of Service never name a legal entity, only Eros Mate, and choose Washington state law with AAA arbitration in King County, Washington.

The other documents do not agree. The main site's Privacy Policy, dated March 30, 2024, names Eros Mate, Inc. as the data controller. A December 2024 copy of the site's code in the Internet Archive lists ERS Interactive, LLC at a Seattle address. Both privacy policies say the company operates virtually and has no physical office, while the 2257 page says records are kept at the Las Vegas address. The create app's own configuration shows it is a white label build of a platform called The Peach, which also powers sibling brands. None of this is unusual for adult software, but it means the name on your card statement may not be one you recognise, so note your payment processor's descriptor when you pay.

Is Erosmate legit and safe?

It is legit in the sense that it is a working service that delivers what it charges for. Safety is a different question, and three findings from its own documents are worth knowing.

The first is the upgrade counter. The plan screen on the create app tells you how many people upgraded this week. In the app's code that figure is seeded in your browser with a random number between 12,000 and 16,000, increased by a random 3 to 40, capped at 19,999 and stored on your device. It is decoration, not a sales figure, and it is the kind of pressure tactic worth recognising before you enter a card.

The second is the age check. Eros Mate's Safety page, updated June 16, 2026, promises biometric age assurance measures to keep minors out. The create app's privacy policy says the opposite in plain terms: it is a self attestation, and Eros Mate does not collect an ID, a selfie or any biometric signal. The same appendix calls itself a pre-launch placeholder pending review by external counsel.

The third is your data. The Terms reserve the right to monitor your conversations and say content the AI produces belongs to Eros Mate. The older privacy policy allows your email address to be shared with marketing providers and ignores Do Not Track signals; it says nothing about how long chats are kept. The newer one is clearer, with direct messages deleted when you delete your account and backups kept up to 35 days, and it lists outside AI model and image providers that receive your prompts and recent conversation.

Are erosmate.net and erosmate.org the same as Erosmate?

No. Both are lookalike domains run by affiliates, and neither is operated by Eros Mate. Every button on erosmate.net passes through an affiliate tracking link and lands on Candy.ai, a different companion app billed by a Maltese company. The main button on erosmate.org goes through a link shortener to SweetDream, another different app.

Both sites also publish figures that do not match Eros Mate's own: erosmate.org quotes a starting price of around $8.33 a month and a free trial, and both show star ratings and user counts that appear nowhere in Eros Mate's documents. If you meant to sign up with Eros Mate, check that the address bar reads erosmate.ai before you pay. If you have already ended up on Candy.ai through one of these, our Candy AI pricing page explains what it costs and its refund rule.

Does Erosmate have an app?

No. A search of Apple's US App Store for erosmate returns 27 apps from other developers and none from ERS Interactive, and Google Play returns no Eros Mate app either. Its Terms still mention an Eros Mate mobile application, but nothing is published in either store. You use it in a mobile browser, and because it is not sold through Apple or Google, neither store can step in on a billing dispute. Every charge goes through Eros Mate's own card processors, under its own no-refund policy.

Is Erosmate worth it, and who is it for?

Eros Mate makes sense for one buyer: an adult who wants explicit chat with a rotating set of characters, sends a modest number of messages, and is comfortable with a wallet that charges per message. Under about six messages a day, the five cent rate costs less than the $119.99 annual plan.

It is a poor fit if what you want is one partner you talk to every day. Per message billing turns a nightly conversation into a meter you watch, the subscription that removes the meter sits on a separate app still describing parts of itself as pre-launch, and none of the money is refundable once paid. If you want one girlfriend or boyfriend who remembers your week, texts you first and costs the same whether you send ten messages or two hundred, that is what Amorous is built for, romantic and affectionate rather than explicit, on flat plans from $9 a month billed yearly with no credits or coins. You can try the conversation at the top of this page before you pay anything.

Questions about your erosmate review

On erosmate.ai a chat message costs $0.05 and a custom request $1.00, paid from a credit wallet. On create.erosmate.ai Premium costs $14.99 a month or $119.99 a year with 1,000 coins per cycle, and coin packs run from $2.99 to $59.99.
Not in any meaningful way. Anonymous visitors get a tiny spend limit before the paywall, and the newer app's trial is one day with a $14.99 hold on your card. Chatting regularly means paying per message or subscribing.
ERS Interactive, named on the footer, refund page and 2257 statement with a Las Vegas mailing address. An older privacy policy names Eros Mate, Inc., and the Terms name no legal entity. Disputes go to AAA arbitration in King County, Washington.
Usually not. The Refund Policy says all sales are final and offers only discretionary credit or discounts for technical problems you tried to fix. Cancelling stops the next renewal but returns nothing already paid.
No. erosmate.net sends every click through an affiliate link to Candy.ai, and erosmate.org sends its main button to SweetDream. The official site is erosmate.ai, and only it bills as Eros Mate.
Only by asking. The newer app's privacy policy says age is self attested with no ID, selfie or biometric check, even though Eros Mate's Safety page describes biometric age assurance.
No. There is no Eros Mate app on the App Store or Google Play. It runs in your phone's browser, and payments go through its own processors rather than Apple or Google.
If you want one companion who remembers you rather than a per message meter, Amorous.ai gives you that on flat plans from $9 a month billed yearly, with no credits, coins or message limits.
