Is Lovescape cheaper than OurDream?
Only if you pay for a year. Lovescape Premium for 12 months is $95.88 and OurDream Premium for 12 months is $119.88, a gap of $24 in Lovescape's favour. Month to month they are identical at $19.99, which is $239.88 over a year on either site.
The three month Lovescape plan is where reviews go wrong. The $12.99 a month figure is $38.97 charged every three months, so a year of that plan costs $155.88. OurDream has no equivalent middle term, so its choice is simply monthly at $19.99 or yearly at $119.88.
Which gives more for the media currency?
On the included allowance OurDream gives more. Premium includes 1,000 dreamcoins a month and OurDream's own app says that covers roughly 200 images, 20 minutes of voice calls or 10 videos. Lovescape Premium includes 600 chips and an image costs 9 chips, so about 66 images a month, and a single video at 90 to 180 chips uses between a sixth and a third of the month.
There is one more difference. Lovescape's configuration lists a chip price per message on some of its chat models, even though its marketing promises unlimited chatting. OurDream lets subscribers chat on its standard model for free, but charges one coin per response on its Genius models. Check which model you will actually use before you count on unlimited.
Which one is better for images, voice and video?
OurDream is the safer pick if voice and video matter, because you can price them before you pay. A voice call costs 50 dreamcoins a minute, so a Premium month covers 20 minutes, and a 60 second video costs 1,200 coins, more than Premium includes. We found no published voice rate for Lovescape, and its talking video costs 90 to 135 chips.
Lovescape is the stronger pick if you want a yearly plan for images and text at the lowest price, and its Creative Pro tier adds downloads of your own generated content and a face swap feature with 3,000 chips a month. OurDream's Deluxe tier is the equivalent heavy user plan, with 5,000 coins, better chat models and triple the chat memory for $359.88 a year.
Can you get a refund from Lovescape or OurDream?
Rarely. Lovescape has no standalone refund policy. Its Terms say a subscription renews automatically, that the current month cannot be cancelled once begun, and that refunds are otherwise a matter for the payment processor. The help center calls chips non-refundable once purchased.
OurDream refuses a refund once more than 25 percent of a product has been used, will not refund a monthly plan once the coins are spent, says annual plans may be eligible for a full or partial refund, and never refunds crypto. On both sites the free tier or the three day Lovescape trial is your real test, so use it before paying for a year.
What happens to your chats when you cancel?
On OurDream, access continues to the end of the paid period, then your images and videos are blurred and unused coins cannot be spent without an active subscription. On Lovescape, cancelling stops the next charge but not the current one, removing a stored card does not cancel the plan, and charges may show under a processor name such as Epoch, SegPay or CentroBill instead of Lovescape.
On privacy, neither matches its marketing. Lovescape's Terms let it access, review and edit your content at any time, and OurDream's FAQ promises end to end encryption while its Privacy Policy describes ordinary encryption in transit and at rest. Treat what you type on either as readable by the company.
Who should pick neither?
If the second currency is the part you dislike, the cleaner option is a companion with one flat price and no chips or coins at all.
