Is Lovescape legit?

Yes, in the sense that matters for a purchase: it is operated by a named, registered company and it delivers the service it charges for. The Terms identify the operator as Warmtech Ltd, registration number HE 418620, Spyrou Kyprianou 75, Office 102, Potamos Germasogeias, Limassol, Cyprus. The same company runs My.Club, a paid creator platform, and Lovescape is built on the same codebase.

What is less reassuring is how it presents itself. Trustpilot has removed the lovescape.com profile entirely, with the notice that the business "goes against our guidelines"; the separate lovescape.ai profile shows 3.4 out of 5 from 9 reviews. Meanwhile Lovescape's own paywall code carries hard coded five star cards labelled Trustpilot. A company can be legitimate and still borrow credibility it has not earned, and this one does both.

Is Lovescape AI safe?

It is safe to use in the sense that it is a real business and not malware, but it is not private in the way its marketing says. The FAQ tells you "Your messages are never shared or made public", the help center says "No one else can access your chat history", and a marketing line promises "256-bit end-to-end encryption".

The signed documents say something different. Terms section 9.3 says Lovescape "may access, review, screen, edit, modify and delete your Content at any time and for any reason, including to provide and develop the Services." The Content Moderation Policy says all messages "undergo automated checks", with repeated violations escalated to a human. End to end encryption would make that impossible, and the Privacy Policy itself promises only encryption "in the transmission" of your data.

The tracking is broader than most people expect as well. The Cookies Policy describes targeting cookies from marketing partners that "can track your browsing history", and the homepage is configured to allow Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit and X ad pixels. So the fair answer: safe to use, but treat everything you type as readable by the company.

How much does Lovescape cost?

Between $95.88 and $779.88 a year for a subscription, depending on the tier and how you pay, before chips. Premium is $19.99 month to month, $38.97 every three months or $95.88 a year. Creative Pro is $64.99 month to month, $149.97 every three months or $299.88 a year. Ultra is a one time $399.60.

The number most reviews quote, $12.99, is Premium on the three month plan expressed per month. It is billed $38.97 up front, so anyone expecting a $12.99 charge will see three times that on their statement.

The practical rule for a US buyer is the same as everywhere in this category: if you are going to stay, the yearly plan is the only price that is not steep, and if you are not sure you will stay, the monthly price is the honest test. Nothing in between is a bargain once you multiply it out.

Lovescape Premium vs Creative Pro: which do you need?

Premium is the chat and image plan. It includes 600 chips a month and Lovescape's advanced chat memory setting. Creative Pro adds the things a creator needs: downloading your own generated content, a customized face swap feature and 3,000 chips a month. Ultra adds 4,000 chips a month on a one time payment.

One detail is worth knowing before you choose. Lovescape's own help center calls Premium its "highest-tier subscription", but the price data shows it is the cheapest paid tier, well below Creative Pro and Ultra. If you only want to talk to a companion, Premium is the plan; Creative Pro makes sense only if you will spend the extra chips on images and video every month.

What are Lovescape chips and what do they cost?

Chips are Lovescape's in-app currency, and most of what makes it a visual product runs on them. An image costs 9 chips on every model Lovescape offers. A video costs 90 to 180 chips, a talking video 90 to 135, and a video inside chat 65. The configuration also lists a chip price per message on the Grok 4 and Kimi K2 chat models, even though marketing strings promise "Unlimited chatting".

You can only buy chips while subscribed, from $9.99 for 500 up to $99.99 for 6,250, or as a recurring chip plan from $4.99 to $479.99 every 30 days on top of Premium. The help center says chips do not expire and are "Non-refundable once purchased." At bundle rates an image is 15 to 18 cents and a video $1.44 to $3.60, which adds up quickly for anyone who came for the pictures.

Is there a Lovescape app?

No. There is no Lovescape app on the Apple App Store or Google Play. Lovescape is a web app that you can pin to a phone's home screen, and its own FAQ says "Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon." The only App Store match for the name is an unrelated puzzle game from another developer, rated 9+.

That matters for two reasons. First, several review sites describe Lovescape as mobile only, which is wrong: it runs in any browser. Second, without a store listing there is no Apple or Google refund route, no store age rating and no data safety declaration. Every dispute goes directly to Warmtech or to the payment processor on your statement.

How do you cancel Lovescape?

From your profile settings, and you should cancel before you delete anything. Terms section 3.7 says subscriptions renew automatically, and for card payments "regardless of whether it was purchased for one month or one year." Section 3.9 adds that "The current month's subscription is considered provided and cannot be cancelled", so cancelling stops the next charge, not the current one. Lovescape's own interface notes that removing your card does not cancel the subscription.

There is no standalone refund policy. Section 4.1 only says there is no refund if you are banned, and otherwise defers to "any sales agent or payment processing company." Charges may appear under a processor's name, such as Epoch, SegPay or CentroBill, and the help center says payments "appear with neutral descriptions on bank statements", so check your statement for those names rather than for Lovescape.

How do you delete your Lovescape account?

Open profile settings, choose Delete profile, and confirm with your account password; Lovescape warns that "All messages and images will be lost." You can also email help@lovescape.com with an erasure request, and the Privacy Policy says it tries to answer within one month.

Deleting is less final than the FAQ suggests. The FAQ says "all your data and chat history are permanently removed", while the Privacy Policy says Lovescape "may keep your data for longer if we cannot delete it for legal, regulatory or technical reasons." And because deleting the account does not by itself cancel billing, cancel the subscription first.

Does Lovescape remember you?

Partly. Lovescape offers three chat memory settings, Normal, Long and Extended, with no published limit on any of them. Its marketing claims "Customizable memory retention periods (30, 60, 90 days)" and a companion who recalls what you said months ago, but no such retention setting appears in the product, and its help center is candid: "If a topic hasn't been mentioned for a while, the character may not recall it... memory is contextual, not perfect."

That is the honest state of memory at most roster style companion sites, where you move between many characters. It is also the main reason people who want one ongoing relationship end up disappointed by them.

Who owns Lovescape and what law applies?

Warmtech Ltd of Cyprus owns and operates it, and Cypriot law governs your agreement. Section 15 of the Terms sends any unresolved dispute to "the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus." There is no arbitration clause and no small claims carve out for US users, and section 16.3 states plainly: "we are not subject to United States law". lovescape.ai is the same company's safe for work version of the site.

For a US buyer the practical meaning is that your realistic remedies are your card issuer and the payment processor, not a court. Keep receipts, and keep anything identifying out of the chat.

Is Lovescape worth it?

It can be, on the yearly Premium plan at $95.88, for an adult who mainly wants explicit AI images and short videos and is comfortable with the data terms. It is a poor buy month to month, where Premium costs $239.88 a year and Creative Pro $779.88 before a single chip, and a poor fit for anyone who picked it because the FAQ said the chats stay private.

It is also a different product from what many people are looking for. Lovescape is a catalogue of characters and an image and video generator, billed by the chip.
