The short answer
Erogen AI is an adult companion and roleplay site run by Corinth LLC, a company with a registered agent address in Sheridan, Wyoming. Its plans page lists Free, Silver at $15 a month and Platinum at $35 a month, with 12 month prices of $144 and $336. Video, images, voice and calls draw on a credit balance, and subscribers can top it up from $4.99. It is a real service that has been running since early 2024, and it is legit in the sense that it delivers what it sells. The terms are the part to read first: refunds need you not to have sent a single message since paying, multi-month plans are sold as one-time keys that cannot be refunded, and its Privacy Policy never says what happens to your chats.
The first page of Google for Erogen AI is AI tool directories, user pages on a documentation site, a URL safety scanner and a lookalike domain that is not run by Erogen. Several of them still repeat old facts: 100 free messages a day, Patreon billing, a London head office. None of that matches what Erogen publishes today, and none of those pages reads the refund policy, which is the document that decides what happens to your money.

One message ends the refund
Erogen's Refund Policy gives you 30 days, on condition that you have not sent a message or generated an image since you paid. In practice that means the refund is only there if you never used what you bought.
Long plans are one-time keys
The 3, 6 and 12 month buttons on the plans page check out through G2A keys rather than a card subscription, and the page says unused time is not eligible for exchange or refunds.
The policy is silent on chats
The Privacy Policy lists emails, passwords and billing addresses as collected. It never lists the chats themselves, and it says nothing either way about using them to improve its models.

What Erogen costs over twelve months
Erogen prints its prices on its plans page, and they have not changed since at least December 2025. We annualised each term (monthly times 12, quarterly times 4, half year times 2) so you can compare like with like. The billing method matters as much as the price, so it is in the last column.

Top-up prices are not printed on any Erogen page; they come from the price list inside the site's own public code ($4.99 for 500, $9.99 for 1,200, $24.99 for 3,500, $49.99 for 7,500 credits), so confirm them at checkout. Crypto plans paid on Ethereum, Polygon or Avalanche renew through the wallet allowance you approve.
What is Erogen AI?
Erogen is a browser based companion and roleplay platform for adults. You pick or build a character, chat with it, and pay credits for the extras: AI voice messages, real time phone calls, character images and short videos made from chat images, with optional AI sound. Its FAQ says it fully believes in allowing NSFW conversations with "a few sensible restrictions", and its homepage sells "uncensored image and video generation".
It is not a new project. A founder posted it to Hacker News in February 2024 as a beta that had been shared on Reddit months earlier, and Erogen's Terms have named the same operator since at least April 2025. Its Third Party AI Provider Terms list OpenRouter, Llama 2 and 3, Qwen and DeepSeek V3, so the chat runs on a mix of open models served through outside providers.
How much does Erogen AI cost?
Free gives you up to 600 messages a day, metered as 75 messages every three hours, with 4K context memory and no long term memory. Silver is $15 a month for unlimited messages, 8K context, 8 core memory slots and 1,000 credits a month. Platinum is $35 a month for faster replies, 16K context, 24 memory slots, 5,000 credits and messages the AI starts on its own.
Credits are the second meter. Images cost 20 credits each, voice messages 5, phone calls 10 a minute, and video 10 to 20 credits a second, so a five second 720p clip with AI sound is 200 credits. Silver's monthly 1,000 credits buy five of those clips. Credits stay in your balance if the subscription ends, which is more generous than most of the category.
Is Erogen AI legit?
Yes, in the sense that matters at checkout. It is a working paid service with named payment partners (Epoch, CCBill and Centrobill by card, plus Finby, G2A and crypto), published Terms, a refund policy and support addresses for billing, privacy and compliance.
What confuses people is the paperwork. Several search summaries say Erogen is based in London. Its own Terms, Privacy Policy, contact page and 2257 statement all name Corinth LLC at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming, a common registered agent address. The Terms call the company Corinth LLC and the contracting party "Erogen AI" in the same paragraph. A lookalike site at a different domain also calls itself Erogen AI and promises end to end encryption; it is not Erogen and its claims are not Erogen's.
Is Erogen AI safe?
For an adult who keeps real names, workplaces and photos out of the chat, it is about as safe as the rest of the uncensored end of the market. Payments go through established adult billing processors rather than to Erogen directly.
The privacy paperwork is thin. The Privacy Policy lists emails, usernames, passwords and billing addresses, and never lists chat content as something it collects. Its California disclosure table marks audio, video and call recordings as not collected, on a service that sells voice messages and AI phone calls. Prompts go to outside model hosts set to zero retention only "where available". And it carries a template line letting a parent or guardian consent to a minor's use, which contradicts the 18+ rule in the Terms. None of that proves misuse. It does mean the policy does not tell you what happens to what you type.
Can you get a refund from Erogen?
Only in a narrow case. The Refund Policy offers refunds within 30 days, with proof of purchase, and only if you have not sent a message or generated an image since the purchase. One message after paying and the refund is gone. Approved refunds take 7 to 10 business days, and requests go to support@erogen.ai.
The longer terms are stricter still. The 3, 6 and 12 month plans are sold as one-time G2A keys, and the plans page says unused membership time "is not eligible for exchange or refunds". If you paid by CCBill, Erogen points you to CCBill, which reviews refunds case by case. To cancel a monthly card plan, go to Account Settings, then Subscription, then Cancel Subscription; you keep access until the period ends.
Is there an Erogen AI app for iPhone or Android?
No. Erogen's FAQ says plainly that it is not in the iOS or Android app stores because it does not want the stores to govern its content, and a search of both stores finds no Erogen listing. Apps that come up for the name are someone else's.
What Erogen offers instead is a web app you add to your home screen, and it pays 200 credits for installing it. The upside is privacy of a kind: nothing shows in your app store purchase history. The downside is that every payment goes through Erogen's own processors rather than Apple or Google, so the store refund route that exists for app subscriptions does not exist here.
Who runs Erogen AI and where do disputes go?
Corinth LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, under Delaware law. Disputes go to binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association in Delaware, you waive class actions, and any claim must start within one year. Erogen's liability is capped at what you paid in the six months before the claim.
For a US buyer that is at least a US venue, which is more than most of this category offers; several competitors send disputes to Malta, Cyprus or Turkey. It is still a contract written to keep any disagreement small and individual, so the refund rule above is the clause that actually matters.
When is Amorous.ai the better buy?
Erogen is built for range and media: many characters, stories, image and video generation, all paid for in credits on top of the plan. If you want to generate explicit clips, that is what its credit meter is for.
